Paradise Coast RV set to debut June 4

Benton Harbor, Michigan based Paradise Coast RV is set to debut the first of its line of retro travel trailers Monday, June 4 at the Mahogany Outfitters Classic Boat and Auto Museum cruise-in in Cassopolis, Michigan.  A follow-up showing will be Wednesday, June 6 at the Niles, Michigan Kar Club cruise-in.

The first model Paradise Coast is putting out is the 143RKB “Silver Beach”, which checks in at 17′ overall length with an impressive 7′ interior headroom, thanks in part to arched ceiling construction. One eye catching feature that I don’t recall seeing on modern travel trailers of any size is a split front window.

We’ll be talking more about Paradise Coast in depth in the weeks to come, but if you’re in the southwest Michigan or northern Indiana area, be sure to stop by one of these two events Monday or Wednesday.

Awesome, the layout is great, the description of the appointments is clear but I did not see any mention of a shower, the bathroom commode and sink are apparent but no mention of a shower, a must, I beleive.

Also no mention of the overall dry/wet weight, electric brakes etc., also important factors

Hi Don, This first model was built specfically at the request of many consumers, as a result of our research . Our next unit the 143 RKS is going to include a tub/shower combination and a slightly different floorplan.

Also the dry weight of the 143 RKB is 2940 lbs and a hitch weight of 240 lbs with electric brakes and LED lighting inside and out. We will be updating our website shortly to include a Spec. page and other more pertinent information which should provide all the details of our products.

Ted Simpson of Paradise Coast is a fraud
We waited over 16 months for a trailer from him, and when he said we could pick it up and it was finished it needed plumbing, electrical and the door was not fit properly.
He just sent us a title and it was told to us it was a 2015 title…guess’s a 2013. Of course! We are going to file a fraud complaint with the state of Michigan so he cannot repeat this on someone else.

What about these retro trailers. This was published in 2012 and there is no other information posted. Emails and calls are not answered. Is this guy and the company a fraud

I am very interested in this unit. Seems to me they would be interested in selling. Am I just wasting my time? I want to see information, a production contract and warranty information. I also want to speak with someone that has one.

My husband and I were very much ripped off and we know 2 other couples that were scammed as well…took almost 2 years to get an unfinished and shoddy trailer…stay very far away from Ted Simpson and nightmare coast rv as I like to call it
